Stop OAK Expansion Rally and Hearing

The Stop OAK Expansion Coalition filed a lawsuit over a year ago against the Port of Oakland, challenging the 16 gate OAK airport expansion because of the risk to community health and climate. Join us for the April 14th court hearing:
- 9 AM press conference rally at Lake Merritt Amphitheater, a short walk from the Rene Davidson, Alameda County Superior Courthouse on Fallon Street. Press conference organized by Communities for a Better Environment (CBE). We will have posters and banners for you to hold in support of clean air, quiet skies, and climate solutions.
- 10 AM courtroom hearing of 3 airport expansion lawsuits heard at the same time. Public is invited to quietly listen, no signs, no banners, business casual attire (t-shirts with messages not allowed).
