Make Polluters Pay Resolution at the Berkeley School Board

Join Sunrise Berkeley High, Berkeley students, and community allies in supporting a Berkeley School Board resolution calling for a Polluters Pay Climate Superfund!
Berkeley High students have introduced a Polluters Pay Climate Superfund resolution to the Berkeley School Board, and it will be voted on Wednesday, April 15th at 7pm!
We’ll gather before the meeting at 1231 Addison St. at 6:30 pm to celebrate having a community that cares so much about the well-being of future generations. We’ll have sidewalk chalk and pizza, and an opportunity for a couple speeches.
At 7 pm we’ll go into the meeting to appreciate the school board and give a brief explanation of why YOU care about passing Make Polluters Pay. (It’s on the consent calendar, so will be at the top of the agenda).
