September is Transit Month! Celebrate Transit Month by riding Caltrain to Burlingame for a family-friendly event where we explore how green buildings can help shape a healthier future for our community.

Attendees will tour the award-winning, sustainable Burlingame Community Center, designed by Group 4 Architecture. Located in Washington Park, the Community Center provides a light-filled and vibrant community gathering place. Tours will be led by Councilmember Donna Colson.

Attendees can also enjoy ice cream and the amazing Climate Carnival games!

Local organizations will also be on hand to provide resources and information about healthy and sustainable living.

If you are able to, we encourage you to ride public transit or walk, bike, or carpool to the event.

Info for taking public transit:

The Burlingame Community Center is located near the Burlingame Caltrain stop and SamTrans bus stops.
