DESCRIPTION:UC Berkeley’s Center for Law\, Energy and the Environment (CLEE) has launched a new initiative to examine future pathways for the oil and gas industry in a low-carbon world. As part of this project\, CLEE is kicking off a multi-part webinar series to focused on the long-term future of the oil and gas industry in California and beyond. The series will feature conversations with experts examining and engaging on this issue from a range of disciplines.\n \nKicking off the series with a conversation led by experts on California’s energy policy and economic landscape – The Present and Future of Oil and Gas in California\, on April 23 at 3:00 p.m. PDT – we will discuss how the state can manage the transition to low-carbon energy.
