The Legislative Committee studies, tracks, and recommends positions for California climate, clean energy and climate justice legislation. We also do direct outreach to legislators at their Sacramento or local offices, and testify at committee hearings.
Fossil Free California (FFCA), a statewide 501c3 organization, leads 350 Bay Area’s divestment campaign. Divestment campaigns include pension funds, personal finance, and legislation to remove money from fossil fuel companies and related infrastructure (banks, pipelines, power plants).
The Transportation Campaign works to transform the Bay Area's transportation systems to get off fossil fuels. We are focused on regional transit, electric vehicles and other climate initiatives.
